By accessing or using Recruitment Godzy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Recruitment Godzy is a SaaS platform designed for recruitment agencies. It provides tools for CV formatting, vacancy generation, company research, and candidate outreach. The Service uses AI models (including OpenAI's GPT-4o) to process and generate content.
You are responsible for ensuring that candidate data you process through the Service has been obtained lawfully and that appropriate consents are in place under applicable data protection law (including UK GDPR). You must not use the Service to process data of individuals who have not consented to such processing.
Candidate CV data uploaded to the Service is processed solely to deliver the requested output and is not used to train AI models or shared with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (e.g., OpenAI API calls). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current period.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. AI-generated output (CVs, job descriptions, social posts) is provided for your use. Recruitment Godzy retains ownership of the platform, templates, and underlying software.
The Service is provided "as is". Recruitment Godzy is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content. Always review AI output before sending to clients or candidates. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
